Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective films are still securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
